jbarlow
Hi, I read the FAQ for the problem when ExpressBurn "fails every time" and it says that the software might not be compatible with my drive, and that i should send NCH my drive information to check. I cannot see anywhere on the site where compatible drives are listed (sorry if I've missed it) and I am unable to send technical support an email message. (I have purchased Express Burn Plus Edition and I guess I didn't choose the option to pay extra for tech support.) I have an I/O Magic +- RW / +-R ReWritable Drive model # IDVDRW8D. I have tried both +R and -R drives and each time it tells me that the capacity is 0 (using new DVDs out of the box). Please let me know if this drive is compatible. Thanks, Jen PS - I just thought to search the forums for this topic. Sorry for the repeat. I did have the demo, but when it failed to burn a data DVD I thought it was because I didn't have the full version, so I went ahead and bought it. So, I guess I still just need to know whether or not my drive is compatible. Thanks for any assistance anyone can offer.
