klep Posted June 27, 2008 Share Posted June 27, 2008 My doctor had a Sony recorder before and I could download directly from the e-mail attachment to ExpressScribe; however, he purchased a new Sony ICD-P620 and I have to download from the e-mail to My Documents or someplace like that and then go to ExpressScribe and Load it from there.
