Takemeaway
Hi everyone! This is my first post, so I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Amy - or Yam - and I've recently started using NCH software for my pod casts (WavePad and Xpress Scribe). I've been using it for a couple of months now, and this is the first time something like this has happened. I edited a long interview, probably 30 minutes in WavePad, and saved it as an MP3. I then noticed something wrong, opened it without thinking and edited the problem as an MP3, and just "saved". Now when I open the WAV to listen, it sounds fuzzy. It's very distracting. I tried to "normalize", but I'm still hearing the noise. Any suggestions? Many thanks! Amy
kennywally
I noticed when doing a pitch change a while back, it gave me a very annoying whine. I couldn't get rid of it I'd look to see there may be the original recording there that you forgot about. other than that, wavepad is pretty basic and not really what I'd call an audio scrubber. you just may be stuck with what you have
