angiemaher
I just received a STACK of dvd's that need to be transcribed. None of them will import into express scribe. Is this even possible?

jasongray
I think you're going to have to do a bit of monkeying around with them. Are you trying to put subtitles onto them or what? I'm not sure it's clear what you're trying to do. Scribe will definitely not convert a DVD over just on its own but if you specify what you're trying to do I'm sure we can figure something out. Fastfingers
Hi - I had this same problem, transcribing from camera video. Its a bit long winded, but the way I got round it was by loading up SOUND RECORDER, playing the video and recording it from the speakers into a microphone. I then converted the saved file (which is massive!) to MP3 and loaded it onto ES so I could just hear the sound and type it up. Hope this helps. (conversion software can be found free on the internet) I just received a STACK of dvd's that need to be transcribed. None of them will import into express scribe. Is this even possible?
