You'll see, about halfway down, it says: Auto Backspace on Stop and it'll be on 0. Well, then you hit the up arrow as much as you want up to 5000 mss. The higher that number, the more the dictation will repeat. I have mine on 850 right now and it goes back a syllable or two. Is that what you asked?
