Getting word timings from mp3 ifle

Hello,

 

It is possible to get the each word starting times from wavepad?. For eg. consider "track1.mp3". This mp3 file contains the audio like "This is wavepad". Now what I want is, I need to capture the starting times of each word like below

 

"this=2059"

"is=4790"

"wavepad=5040.5"

 

If this is possible means how can I get this?.

the film industry specializes in that

 

I've never had the need for it so I don't know who would carry that
