paullambert
hi, i have tried to convert mpc files to mp3. switch tells me to download files from 'http://www.nch.com.au/components/mac/index.html' i have downloaded the files, it then tells me to put the files in '/Library/Application Support/NCH Swift Sound/Components folder. the problem is this folder does not exist. i have reinstalled switch and restarted my computer and the folder still doesn't appear. i have no idea what to do to make it work? i really like the program and if i could get this working it would make it awesome, very easy to use. thank you paul
switch sucks
Paul I have tried for an hour to do a simple wav to aac and guess what....it appears Switch even though they tout all the file conversions they can do DOES NOT SUPPORT THESE FOR MAC. I'm just sharing my frustration. Try it on PC probably will work.
Guest nchaj
http://www.nch.com.au/switch/kb/747.html this page is not hidden, its in our FAQ's, Pre-sales if you like. It tells you what Switch will convert and what it wont, and moreso for PC and for Mac.
