hi, i have tried to convert mpc files to mp3. switch tells me to download files from 'http://www.nch.com.au/components/mac/index.html' i have downloaded the files, it then tells me to put the files in '/Library/Application Support/NCH Swift Sound/Components folder. the problem is this folder does not exist. i have reinstalled switch and restarted my computer and the folder still doesn't appear. i have no idea what to do to make it work? i really like the program and if i could get this working it would make it awesome, very easy to use. thank you paul
