CD Burner Hangs After Several Tracks Burn

I used Express Burner as a free trial and it worked fine so I purchased it. Now, it only burns CDs succesfully about half the time. The rest of the time it hangs my computer with the drive spinning endlessly and I end up having to reboot. The CD ends up in the garbage. I have a Dell 8400 with a Philips CD/DVD +- RW drive and it works for everything else I use it for. NCH, you need to fix this product - I paid for it and cannot use it. I see a lot of other people out here with all kinds of similar problems. What is up with selling a product with so many bugs!?!?
