cyberbull
I got axon 1.20 and the trial of IVM, whant it to try before I buy. The problem I have is that I get I call via VOICESTICK.COM. IVM picks the call and does the menu, to call whoever press 1, etc... I press the number that I would like to be transfer to, Axon extention. the transfer gets transfer but the audio does not. same thing happens with either softphones or voip adapters. voicestick > axon > ivm > Axon ext > softphone. PLEASE HELP, I DO NOT HAVE MUCH TIME WITH THE TRIAL and I do need to know if this works before I buy it. This may help If I send the call straigth from axon to the softphone I can transfer the call with no problems to another extention. Thank you Diego Pentium 4@2.4Ghz 1Gig of Ram Win XP sp2 router set to DMZ to the computer Firewall ON but Have tried many times with firewall OFF Softphone some extentions PAP2 for other extentions

ryano_79
SOLUTION! - to fix this problem enable STUN in network settings of AXON and IVM. The problem is to do with NAT and your routher/ firewall. If you enable STUN in network settings of AXON and IVM this fixes the problem.
