try to find your original wavpad install file where you had the option

 

do you recall what number that was?

 

I contacted them, and they don't even save any of the old versions....ugggghhhhh

 

these folks don't think like us.

 

 

if you find your old version, try to make it available, I'm sure there are others who

prefer options to their recordings

I use to be able to record mp3's or any other sound on my computer... what happend? I updated and now it will not let me select the MP3 option in the recording menu. Any ideas or help would be good to do this again.

I have an old version I could send by e-mail but I don't think it makes a difference. I've tried both. I have 2 laptops one with xp and another with vista. The xp computer has a stereo option in the record devices and the vista computer doesn't. I think it's a microsoft issue but can be fixed with software either for operating sys or by other record software that gets around it.
