I need to prep MP3's for an Audio Book (ACX)

I need to make an audio book, but hope to use WavePad to confirm my tests MP3 passes the followiing tests:

 

Before submitting to ACX, you can also use Audacity or other audio editing tools to check for issues like background noise, plosives, and consistent sound levels. Some of the steps include:

• Measure RMS levels in Audacity to ensure you meet the required range.
• Use a limiter to cap peak levels at -3dB to avoid clipping or distortion.
• Apply noise reduction to ensure your noise floor stays at -60dB or lower.

Can anyone tell me how to do this on WavePad?
