Creative Forge
Hi, I purchased VideoPad a few times over the years. Latest version was 13.xx which I installed in my studio computer (I'll call it computer A). But I have two computers. So a few months ago I saved a project FROM computer A to work further on it on my second computer, computer B. However the version of VideoPad on computer B was an older one (10.xx) and it would not open the project that was created on version 13.xx. To counter this, I chose to install a DEMO version of v.13. Except now I can't use it anymore as the demo expired. How can I revert to the former version I had? I keep getting messages that the demo is expired. What is the proper way to uninstall the DEMO version and re-install the older one which I paid for in 2020-21? Thank you in advance, Andre
borate
Go to http://www.oldversiondownload.com Download a 13.xx version that is no later in release date than six months from the one that you purchased. Ignore any virus warnings and the prompt to update. If that doesn't succeed come back here.
Creative Forge
Thank you, however, will I be allowed to use that version on my other computer? That would mean using VideoPad on two computers. Thanks!
borate
Give it a try. That has succeeded here. There's also a free, limited feature download available from the Videopad home page. Look for the fine print.😉
Creative Forge
Good grief, took me a week to figure this out finally. I had to find a screenshot on another forum to realize I kept downloading from the wrong link. Using the search on page for the word "free" took me right to it. Many thanks!
