Recognizing Audio Files

Recommended Posts

Hello, I just installed Express scribe on my mac iBook G4 (running OSX 10.4.11), and I can't load any files. It's not recognizing .wma or .mp3 files, they're greyed out and I can't select them. I tried installing switch, and it doesn't recognize wma files either.

I think I found the solution! I have your same problem. I just got a reply back from NCH Support and they referred me to a site to get a plug-in called flip4mac. http://nch.com.au/components/mac I downloaded and installed, and then dragged the WMA file right into the ExpressScribe window. And it worked!!!! Hope it works for you.
