Does the software limit the number of lines that subtitles can move upward?

The following link is not my creation video, but a demonstration with letters. In the video, the subtitles were originally from row A to row U, but after adding special effects "position", the subtitles only moved from row A to row K, instead of moving to the final row U. Why?  Can anyone help me solve this?  Thanks

Please stick with a single thread. Your query was answered earlier.

Your video shows that it's the text interface being used, not subtitles.

In the text compose window, choose Scroll Bottom to Top2.jpg

Then ALL the letters that you have composed on-screen will scroll upwards.  Their speed depends upon the length of the text clip.  Drag its borders.

Do not use the POSITION effect.
