subh
Hi there... I am planning for a multi-destination IVR application, which is like this : Same City Application: Incoming PSTN/Mobile call --> Voice Board --> IVM -->Conference Call -->Voice Board-->Outgoing PSTN/Mobile Call I understand that this part is possible. Now, the requirement for multi-destination is, like this: Multi-cities Destination Incoming Call from City-1 --> IVM -->(Caller wants to call out a City-2 Number)--> IVM tansfers the call to City-2 Server through VOIP (SIP Number) (maybe through Axion) --> Axion forwards the call to IVM on City-2 Server --> IVM Conferences to City-2 PSTN/Mobile Number, so that Caller of City-1 can speak with Receiver of City-2. Is it possible? If yes, how? Thanks in advance...
geniune
Hi Why you need IVM for just call transfer. It can be done through Axon only. Axon can auto receive call play a prompt and can transfer call to remote server / number. Hi there...
