Trouble editing footage filmed with DJI drone

Hi

I am having trouble editing footage filmed with my drone, when scrolling through the footage in the timeline it is verry slow to react,

when trying to preview the video footage it won't keep pace with audio which makes it impossible to sync with audio,

to run a full preview it plays for a bit then freezes

Any suggestions please
