Sarah J
I need some installation help. Our IT person helped me download Express Scribe to my MAC and all seemed to go fine until the Express Scribe window comes up. According to the instructions, a list of files should appear, such as Welcome, Stdoo1i, etc. The directions on the NCH tutorial even say to "use your mouse to highlight the 'welcome' recording and press the play button" to test out the sound. Have we done something wrong? How do we get files to appear? Also, in reading past discussion topics, I've noticed that past versions of ES didn't work very well on a MAC. Have those problems been resolved, or can I expect future issues to pop up? Thank you!
Guest nchto
You will need to open an audio file using Express Scribe for it to appear in the list. Our Mac developers have recently updated some of our other products and I believe Express Scribe is on this list, they wouldn't however give me a date of when this version will be released. As for the functionality, only a minority of users experience any difficulty using the software.
