huwon9 Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 I installed the demo Switch for Mac and it worked okay on my MacBook Core Duo with OS X Leopard. I bought the retail version 1.13 and installed it but the registration window had nowhere for me to enter the registration data. There are only instructions to purchase the software and two blank panes in the registration menu for steps 2 and 3. I then bought the upgrade to Switch Plus but I still cannot register. I tried deleting the preference but the results are the same. The software is installed but I cannot register. What has gone wrong? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest nchda Posted December 13, 2007 Share Posted December 13, 2007 This is an issue with the current version of Switch with the Leopard OS, unfortunately Leopard has caused major issues with our software registration process.
