Way2call Hi-phone

Hope somebody can help me I have bought a Way2call Hi-phone and downloaded the latest drivers of their website. Windows XP and IVM answering attendant recognize the Hi-Phone without a problem but when calling to the line the call is being answered by IVM and then it hangs up inmiddiately without giving IVM the chance to say anything. As soon as the WAV starts it hangs up. :angry:

 

I have tried it with other tools and then it works well. Does somebody know if there is a setting somewhere for this problem? :blink:

I don't have any personal experience with the device.. although here is some information that might be of some help:

Can you try using different OGMs and just see if it's a playback issue? Like try going straight into recording mode and see if it still hangs up. I've tested this device here before and had no issues with it. What version of IVM are you using? Are you using the latest firmware on the modem?
