Still no go

Hope somebody can help me I have bought a Way2call Hi-phone and downloaded the latest drivers of their website. Windows XP and IVM answering attendant recognize the Hi-Phone without a problem but when calling to the line the call is being answered by IVM and then it hangs up inmiddiately without giving IVM the chance to say anything. As soon as the WAV starts it hangs up. I have tried it with other tools and then it works well. Does somebody know if there is a setting somewhere for this problem? Best regards, Jose Fernandes
