leonkal Posted October 22, 2007 Share Posted October 22, 2007 I've just purchased the software so I could burn a iso image file, and it did not work. The burn worked and the verify worked. When I can not do anything with the information on the disk except look at the directories and file names. I can not open a text file, display a html file or run an exe file. Did I do something wrong. I used the Advanced setting and chose to write to a DVD. What should I do inorder to be able to use this disk or burn a usable DVD? This will hopefully provide some clues as to what went wrong. Also what kind of DVD are you burning? Are you certain that it is a valid .iso image?
