The human voice cannot go under 300 hrtz and I need a program to measure those levels. Will any edition of Wavepad qualify? Thanks for any help. nchtj Posted May 30, 2005 Share Posted May 30, 2005 yes, get the latest version and go to Tools menu -> Temporal Frequency Analysis.
