EScribe and email files

Hello: I am new to this program and was wondering about the email setup. In tech support, it says that EScribe will scan the attachment folder in the email program. Does it do that automatically or do I have to create that folder myself? The reason I ask is that after I installed the EScribe software and setup the footpedal, I emailed an MP3 file and it doesn't load.

You need to set this up yourself. Add a new Incoming source (settings -> incoming) path set to your email attachments folder. This will then be scanned for appropriate audio file types. Please note this is dependant on the email client you use.
