Call Transfer

Hi,

 

I'm evaluating IVM and i'm using two kind of phones:

 

- Hardware: UTStarcom F1000

- Software: Express Talk Free Edition

 

I'm trying to transfer calls between them but i cannot.

First, i think that hard phone doesn't supply "hook flash pulse", then transfer doesn't work.

Second, maybe with Express Talk Free Edition isn't possible to this.

 

Please, Is it possible set IVM to make transfers dialing * or #?
