bassflyer Posted August 28, 2007 Share Posted August 28, 2007 I downloaded the free trial Express Burn. I used it to burn cd's and I really liked it. Then 3 weeks later, I tried to burn a data dvd and got the message I had to purchase the software liscence to do that. So, without closing the program, I purchased it and then registered. I then proceded to burn the dvd. The program crashed. I got a window to report the problem back to them. I filled out the report and sent it. I have tried several reboots but everytime it crashes. I have not heard back from them now for 10 days. I downloaded another free trial burning software and it buned a dvd fine, so I know it is not the hardware. I tried to e-mail them today but I cannot because I did not purchase support. I am afraid I lost my $. Has anyone else had a similar problem? What can I do?
