Cannot add files !!

When I try to add files to convert, I get an error

saying "One or more files cannot be added because they already exist in the list"

 

I have just purchased this product , and have silver support, but cant even figure out how I can send e-mail to tech support, as there are no instructions.

 

All I am trying to do is convert dvf files !!

You might need to install the Sony Drivers. Please note that not all recorders are supported by this plugin, so if you have it correctly installed and your files still do not work, then assume the plugin cannot handles files made from your recorder. You will need to contact Sony to request further support.

 

Please make sure you restart the computer after installing the Sony Drivers.
