When I try to add files to convert, I get an error saying "One or more files cannot be added because they already exist in the list" I have just purchased this product , and have silver support, but cant even figure out how I can send e-mail to tech support, as there are no instructions. All I am trying to do is convert dvf files !! Thanks for any help
