payam118
I have a problem, any idea is welcome. I have the IVM running on a Windows PC with a telephone line connected to a telephone center. At this center if you want to transfer a call you must dial anyhow in pulse. Here lies the problem. During any type of call transfer the IVM software dials the transfering sequence of digit, in tone. So the telephone center does not recognise the sequence in order to transfer the call.
pythonpoole
I'm sorry, IVM doesn't support pulse dialing and I can't honestly think of any solution to fix your problem. If you contact the NCH staff, they may be willing to modify parts of the IVM software for you to allow a pulse dial option (for a fee).
Guest nchto
Isn't there an option on your modem to use pulse dialling? I haven't seen one of those for years, so I can't be certain. Even if this option is selected it attempts to use tone dialling? If you try using the Outbound calling features of IVM does it tone or pulse? But like pythonpoole said, IVM probably doesn't support it.
