I have a problem, any idea is welcome.
I have the IVM running on a Windows PC with a telephone line
connected to a telephone center.
At this center if you want to transfer a call you must dial anyhow in pulse.
Here lies the problem. During any type of call transfer the IVM software
dials the transfering sequence of digit, in tone. So the telephone center
does not recognise the sequence in order to transfer the call.
