Batch converter not working.

When I apply automatic gain controll and then normalize in a batch the effects are not applied. Only when I load songs (MP3s) one at a time does it seem to work. I see each effect take place but they do not seem to be saved in any file. I have tried over writting files and creating new files in new folders, but the results are the same. I have just registered the master's edition. I did not recieve an error message so I assume all went well. When I go back to the register master's edition all info is blank. Is that normal. Thanks in advance for any help.
