Video DVD Burning

Hello,

 

I have downloaded Express burn 4.02 and am trying to burn a video DVD. The first problem I have is when converting approx 30 Min of footage it takes ove 6 hrs and then when it finally gets to burn to the disk it then tells me I am using a DVD+R that is not empty or erasable.

 

I have tried using a smaller clip 1.5 min and a number of blank DVDs but the same result.

 

My burner is a Pioneer DVDRW DVR-K17.
