multi session recording

Recommended Posts

I've just bought Express Burn Plus because the website says that it supports multi session recording. The test version is just the basic model, so you can't check if it works.

So I've burnt a couple of data tracks, taken out the CD , put it back and tried to add a couple more.

No. It won't do it. It says I've put in a CD Rom. In other words it won't support multi session data recording as far as I can see. There's nothing in any of the drop downs to enable this, and the whole screen is identical to the basic model. So have I actually got what I paid for? Or am i missing something?

HELP!!!!

Girts :(

What version of Express Burn are you using? The latest is v4.02, install this from our website and see if you still experience issues. Please ensure that you do not select "Finalize Disk" when you burn your Audio CD as this setting ensures that no more data can be written to the disk.

it is 4.02, downloaded from your website yesterday. I need to burn data CDs to archive photographs, not audio CDs, and I've seen no finalization option on offer. Same as there's no speed option. It's Max or Max. Which is a bit disappointing as well, because higher quality (fewer errors) comes with lower burn speeds, I understand.
