VRS Remote Control

We are using VRS on a central (XP) pro machine. Workstations (XP) have a copy of VRS Remote Control. We have six channels available for recording. When workstations request to record any channel, they can only record the default channel (channel 5 is showing) that shows in the VRS Settings. Even if they change the channel, it still only record the default.

 

This does not happen on my machine. (Vista). I note that the channel to record is saved in the registry. Could it be that they cannot change the channel they listen to because they do not have change permission on the registry? I need users to be able to change which channel they record.
