Sam Whyley 85
Hi, I recently downloaded WavePad basicly to alter the bit rate of mp3s in order to decrease file size enabling me to fit more songs on to my iPod. Everything looked like it was going well untill I listened back to some of my now overwritten files to find that occasionaly files now had an extra second added to them at the end of the song made up of silence. This is particulary annoying with live shows and the like. Can anyone explain any possible reasons for this? and any possible way to reverse this affect? (although I realise the second of these points is now unlikley ) thank you very much for any assistance in this matter it is greatly appreciated. Guest nchto
If all you're after is simply file conversion, try looking at Switch. A new version was recently released and will likely contain fixes that WavePad does not.
