ScubaGal
I see there is a video showing how to import a Quicken file to MoneyLine. QFX option is greyed out. I have paid for MoneyLine and wonder how I can un-grey "Import QFX / OFX" under the "File" tab. Here's hoping that MoneyLine will import my Quicken backup smoothly. Jsalgado
Hi, can you try to uninstall and reinstall the application? This option should not be grey out. You should be able to click on this. If the issue continues please open a support ticket here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=MoneyLine&support
ScubaGal
Good morning, I uninstalled MoneyLine, rebooted and reinstalled - without setting up any accounts . I see the greyed out area is now un-greyed. I see that the options are ofx and/or qfx files. My Quicken file extension is qdf. It's not really important to import the data, would be nice... but if not possible, not a problem. Thanks for your help! May 2024 be good to you and yours. Best,
