Merlin Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 Hi, I am not after a stereo effect where waveforms of a speech recording differ slightly in both channels, i simply dont want the right ear only with the speech, so need to somehow get the waveform in both channels. How can I do this. Another reason, with the recording being played out of both speakers at a show, along with other true stereo recordings, I dont want th speech parts coming out of one speaker ! Guest nchto Posted July 6, 2007 Share Posted July 6, 2007 If sound only comes out of one speaker, then the file is stereo (sound is recorded on one channel, and nothing is recorded on the other). Open the file with WavePad and save it as a mono file, now when you play this back you should get sound from both speakers. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
