Exporting project in mp4 & mpg, YouTube 2160p (4k), timer continues on past length of project and sticks at 99.5%

Hello,

I have a project that I am working on that when exported in mp4 (even tried mpg) as a YouTube 2160p (4k) (other formats also tested and the same result) the timer continues to go on past the length of the project and sticks at 99.5%. The project is approximately 16 minutes long, I have left it over night and the timer went into the hours but stayed at 99.5%.

I have tried many different formats, changing the video segments at the end of the project and also tried past projects which thankfully do export.

I have a new windows i7 laptop and am running the project off a file on my computer instead of an external hard drive.

The NCH I am running is v13.80

Does anybody have any suggestions on what could be stopping the project from completely exporting?
