homers
Use a different User Name just for authentication - doesn't seem to work for me in Advanced Line settings. I have a SIP peer/trunk instead of each DID as its own peer/trunk. The error message is: 22:25:54 Registered as: sip:1353816998@did.voip.les.net I even tried to create an extension and programmed the phone with the did at: 22:34:37 Extension 403775xxxx is at: sip:403775xxxx@192.168.0.26:5062;transport=udp 22:35:32 Incoming call failed 22:35:32 Unable to find any lines with the ID "1403775xxxx" or extensions with the ID "403590xxxx". 22:36:55 Extension 1403775xxxx is at: sip:1403775xxxx@192.168.0.26:5062;transport=udp Any ideas? I am pretty new and I just purchased the software (before I figured this out, figures eh?) Thanks, Rob
pythonpoole
Is there any particular reason why you need a different username for authentication? I haven't personally used the feature with Axon so I'm not really able to provide any help from previous experience. An incoming call should look something like this: 00:00:00 Call sip:5551234567@55.51.234.567 -> 101 Where 5551234567 is the Caller ID and 101 is the extension being called For whatever reason your softphone appears to be dialing a non-existing extension or trying to use a non-existing line I have only experienced this once, and that is with an SPA3000 adapter and was solved by turning off the send caller ID setting. I am pretty new and I just purchased the software (before I figured this out, figures eh?)I'm not sure what you purchased because Axon is a free product.
