Video Pad Übergänge verpixelt bitte um Hilfe

Hallo zusammen

seid neustem habe ich das Problem das oft wenn ich zwei clips hintereinander abspiele bzw. verbinde der Übergang zwischen den zwei clips stockt und so leicht verpixelt ist. dies sieht dann aus wie Camouflage in der art.

besonders häufig ist dies bei aufeinanderfolgenden clips indem der erste clip sehr schnell und der zweite verlangsamt wird oder halt andersrum. ich habe alles probiert und weis nicht woran das liegt. ich filme mit i phone 15 manchmal auf i phone 14 und schneide am Mac book also an der Kamera etc kann es nicht liegen. ich bitte schnell um Hilfe weil dadurch meine Projekte oftmals zerstört werden.

I've recently had the problem that when I play or combine two clips one after the other, the transition between the two clips stops and is slightly pixelated. This looks like camouflage of sorts.
This is particularly common with successive clips where the first clip is very fast and the second is slowed down or the other way around. I've tried everything and don't know what the problem is. I sometimes film with i phone 15 on i phone 14 and edit on the Mac book so it can't be on the camera etc. I ask for help quickly because this often destroys my projects.
