This software looks great! Definitely seems feature rich. The main drawback I can see is that you need enough phone lines to handle the incoming calls.

 

Is there a service provider that offers this sort of software in a pre-installed state in a way that for example a business could lease the service for a period of time, lets say 6 months. They would have full access to the softwares features for doing IVR, pre-recorded messages and so on. The beauty of the service would be that such a company could have lets say 100 phone lines, so that even if there was a high volume of calls incoming they could all be answered. You could have multiple clients all sharing the same set of modems/phone lines somehow and determine who the recipient of the call is based on the 1300 number that the call originates on.

 

It sounds a little complex perhaps but its a similar effect to the way that mbox operate their incoming fax to mail service. Lots of endpoints, shared with many clients.
