Express Accounts Options - Invoice - QTY & Item Columns

UPDATE: I got the Item column to hide when printing invoices so that is good. Though I do wish there was a way to remove the column completely when creating invoices.
Is there a way to remove the QTY column?

Options ---> Invoice

I have unchecked the Show Item Column under Invoice, Quote and Order Options, however it still shows when creating a new invoice and on all previous invoices. Is there another way to not have this show on the invoice? Also is there a way to hide the QTY Column? I do not need either one as we are a service based business.

same issue i also faced ,came to know you cannot add /delete the columns in that .
