Call Transfer

Hi

How can I transfer calls from pstn analog phone lines to ip phone (sip phone)

I try to use IVM with Axon, and I can dial to 198 (call attendant) from one of extension and transfer to another extension using OGM

I can dial to IVM from PSTN phone line, IVM answered to me, but cannot transfer to extension number

 

 

Who knows how can I resolve it?

I don't have much experience with transferring from an analogue modem line to a VoIP line.. with all voip lines its very simple, you just enter the number (or extension) on Axon you wish to transfer the call to and it works flawlessly (at least for me). Although I do remember once when trying something similar with a PSTN line that it didn't work out, for some reason the transfer couldn't be completed.. I'm not exactly sure about that though, I can't remember any more.
