Do any of you use a graphic tablet for DrawPad?

Does anybody here use a pen tablet on your PC with DrawPad? 
Im looking for a tablet so i can start doing digital art in DrawPad. Doesn’t have to be the top of the line most expensive but something that is good quality and wont break.
I have read some post about this, like https://pctechtest.com/20-best-drawing-tablets-for-beginners , So I feel like it could be pretty useful but still not sure about that.
If so, what’s your opinion with them vs. just a mouse and keyboard? which one is better? wacom, huion or xp-pen?
