Hel using a Bugetone 200

I'm experiencing troubles with a grandstream bugetone 200: on the user manual the unconditioned call transfer is made with the following sequence *72 tone, ext, # and this shuold forward all calls to the choosen ext. But it doese not work!

When I do so a ring group should ring and One of the phones of this group shuold transfer the call to another ext that is not in the group.

Axon disconnects the line of the caller ad is impossibile to reach any extention of the group....

 

any ideas?
