Kudos for a tool I didn't think I'd need &Question

Learning at present how to get around that hour limit where it ehoes the start of the sound file again. I had no idea that this came with a text to speech tool, which was a plus. I had a rather long file I had to edit, only to find that the original was missing the last two paragraphs. I had the text of what was needed, so I fed it in, re-spelled a couple words phonetically, so it would sound more natural, and voila! I got the needed audio. Now I have a question:

I have the Master's edition and note that most of the sounds are female. Is there a plugin to get more voices?

 

Okay, a second question:

Did these voices come with the program or did it plug into some other program on my PC to get them?
