Express talk disconnect after random time

my express talk is connecting to an asterisk server which works perfectly. but sometimes when i make a call my microphone just stops working eventho the call proceeds. the person cant hear anything from my microphone but i can hear them. and sometimes express talk just stops sound both from inbound and outbound voice and i cant figure out what going wrong. it seems like the data just stops between the pbx box and express talk, which could be a nat problem but it isnt. most of the calls are going through fine and when i experience this problem it can be solved by hanging the call up and dialup again and datastream is perfect again.

 

ive been reading this whole forum about this subject and can see that some users are experiencing similar problems. im running dry for ideas how to fix this, but maybe you have some new ones
