markr
I just bought Switch for use in making batch conversions of FLAC to MP3. I have several hundred CD's to convert. My MO is to copy a group of CD rips (in Flac) to a second drive and convert the bunch with the destination folders being the same as the source. This way I keep my MP3 files all nicely separated into named folders named for the artist and CD. The only problem is that I want to delete the FLAC versions after doing the conversions. My originals are safe on a separate drive. Now I am opening each folder for the a CD telling IE to sort the files by type, selecting the FLAC files and deleting them. This gets pretty tedious after 20 or 30 CDs Is there any way to have the source files automatically deleted? Or is there another approach that will give me what I am after? Outside of this Switch is great.
nchtj
yes the option is there in the options -> conversions tab (available in switch 1.10 or later).
