I purchased a support scheme together with the licence but how do I contact them for a response to my query? I can only find one contact form, where they bluntly say they generally discourage email requests and refer to the forums. Do they distinguish on the basis of the email address you put in the form, and purchase scheme subscribers get priority treatment or something?

Correct. Also on the bottom of the product's technical support page there is a contact form (please read through the questions first to make sure it has not already been answered!).

I'm not totally convinced. I sent support requests over two weeks ago and still no reply... Any idea how one could ensure a response from these guys (given that the means of contacting them are limited) or even request a refund for the software and the support package since there's no value until support is provided?
