Leazon Posted January 26, 2007 Share Posted January 26, 2007 I am trying to use VRS to record telephone conversations but the sound quality is very poor. The volume is low and there is line hum and static in the recording. I am using a Radio Shack line mic plugged into the mic input of my computer. I have tried adjusting the line hum and low frequency filters in the settings but this has no effect. I know the problem is not the Radio Shack mic because when I plug it into my digital voice recorder the telephone recording is crystal clear. Any help would be appreciated.
